Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your Knotwise account and associated data at any time. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete from within the app
- Open Knotwise and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are scheduled for deletion immediately.
Delete by email
Alternatively, email cortexlumora@gmail.com from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify your request and complete it within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile (email, name).
- Your uploaded photos.
- Your scans and identification history.
- Your credit balance and app usage records.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records where required to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Subscription/billing records are held by Apple or Google, not by us; manage subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account.
